These are the 8 daily habits that will change your life, my recommendation would be that examine your life and see how many of these habits you have and add the ones you lack.
1 hour of exercise
I know you are a busy person and you have a lot to do, trust me I am the same, but you need at least one hour of exercise daily.
You must be wondering, how success is connected to my physical fitness. The answer is simply that doing exercises daily will make you improve in the following aspects.
- Get your creative juices flowing. …
- Reduce stress.
- Boost your confidence.
- Improve your energy.
Having less stress and more energy will make you more productive than any productivity course or book you can buy.
If you are a sedentary person you can start by walking around the block for 5 minutes, then improve your walking to 20 minutes, 30 minutes then 1 hour.
You can walk/run on a treadmill, can lift weights, you can jump rope, and there are many exercises you can do, start today and your future will thank you.
Again you need to take care of your body, if you want to improve your life, you need to drink water.
In my case what I do is take a bottle of water in my backpack wherever I go, any time I will just take my bottle and drink water and then go on with my things.
Water helps your body:
- Keep a normal temperature.
- Lubricate and cushion joints.
- Protect your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues.
- Get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements.
Adapt the 2×1 or 3×1 diets
One day I picked a diet book from Amazon about metabolism and weight loss( I was overweight then).
This book changed my life, the idea is very simple they divide food into two categories, health food (type A) and Unhealth food (Type B).

The idea is that for each meal, you will eat 2 portions of type A food and 1 portion of type B food. Hence 2×1 diet)
If you have high blood pressure, pre-diabetics, and diabetics the book recommends a 3×1 diet( for every meal 3 portions of type A food and 1 portion of type B food).

If the word diet scares you, you can choose intermittent fasting or pick one day and just eat fruits, the idea is that to give your body the best chance to work at optimum conditions.
Reduce the amount of sugar you consume
Sugar is the modern silent killer, by just reducing the amount of sugar you consume, you can fix a lot of your problems.
To reduce the sugar you need to reduce or cut all drinks and food that contain added sugar, like sodas, sweet drinks, beer, etc.
I know it is not difficult to cut all sugar in your life, but reducing refined sugar can put you in great health.
Count your blessing
This is not a religious blog, but I will tell you this, counting the good thing that has happened in your life is the basis of creating a great life for yourself.
Just every time you wake up be grateful for the day, for the chance to wake up and be able to do what you love to do.
When I say that you need to be grateful for what you have does not mean you need to be in conformity, what I mean is that you need to be grateful for what you have and what you do, then work hard to get better, so that life will award you will more and better things.
Just that mindset will help you to create the life you want.
8 hours of sleep
Up to this point, you should know that all points in this post are about making your body work at the maximum capacity, and one way to make sure that your body is ready to tackle any task is to give it a rest.
Forget about the hustle culture that you should be waking 24/7, trust me 4 hours of deep work are better than 24 hours of just scrolling on social media. You need to give your body the rest it deserves.
5-10 minutes of silence
In the middle of this chaotic world you need to be able to rest your mind, just take 5-10 minutes each day and sit there in total silence, no thinking about business or anything else just silence, you will start to see ideas that you never knew existed start to flow in your mind, this is very powerful.
Read a book or list to podcast
My recommendation is to read at least one page of a nonfiction book every day. If you do not like to read you can listen to a podcast or join Audible where you can be able to listen to most books in audio.

Reading books or listening to them will help your mind to develop and help you to learn new things every day.
Another thing you can do is to find 5 people who are doing what you want to do, for example, if you want to be an entrepreneur you can find 5 people who are an entrepreneur and subscribe to their newsletters and follow them on social media, learn from them, read the email they send, study them and emulate what they do, this way you will learn a lot and transform your life.
