In this book, Russell explains that even if you are not yet successful in your business, you can document your journey, and if someone can follow your journey, you are an expert in that person’s eye.
So, let’s say you want to lose weight. You can create a YouTube channel or a blog documenting everything you do in your weight loss journey: the mistakes, the things you do right, the accomplishments, and everything.
