I am introverted and sometimes it can be a huge task to speak to people, this rules me out to run certain businesses, there are some business models I find challenging but some of them can be done even if you are introverted.
The business I chose in this post meets two criteria.
No calls
For introverts being on the call is like being punished, we do not like it so, so businesses I recommend in this post calling someone is off the table.
No video calls
I have seen introverts in video calls, this is one of the worst experiences to have, so in this post, I will not recommend a business involving a video call.

I consider myself an introvert, I was not able to do that, but a few years ago, one of my friends recommended I work in a call center to get myself to speak with different people, and yes it was awkward at first, in the first month I could not speak to anyone.
But after three months I was able to adjust and I worked there for 6 years, so it is something you can learn if you want to.

You need to make people join your newsletter, for this the best way is to use X/Twitter, create an X page, and a link to your newsletter, and start posting content, make sure you educate people about your topic, entertain them by posting memes and quotes and people will join your newsletter even without showing your face or speaking to them on the phone.

There are many ways to make money with your newsletter, one of them is to promote affiliate products, these can be tools you use, books you lead, courses from other people, etc.
Another way to make money using your newsletter is to create DFY packages and sell them, or you can create templates and sell them, none of these needs you to call anyone.

If you are a graphic designer you do not have to speak with people via phone or video call.

If you do not have the skill, you need to learn it, you can use Adobe tools or Canva, once you learn it you can start sharing your work online, and you can use X too.

I do not do this but I have a friend who makes more than $5K a month on Fiverr, at first it was difficult since no one knew him, but what he did was offer a few of his designs for free in exchange for a testimonial, and then used that testimonial to get paid customers and after few months he was full-time income just from Fiverr.
This guy has more than 4000 sales and the cheapest package is $75.
Freelance writer
If you can write freelancing can be for you, I have a friend who can write as a maniac, he charges between $50 to $200 per article depending on the topic and the length of the article.
Even though with AI, the business went down a bit he is still can pull $3000 to $7000 per month on this gig.
Even with AI people still are looking for SMEs to write their articles, if you are an SME ( Subject Matter Expert) you can still make money as a freelance writer.

The era of being the jack of all trades is over, a decent AI tool can pull a good Article, but you need to be an expert in a field and charge people to write for them.
You can start an X page share your writing skills, and get customers from there, you can use Fiverr, Iwriter, or any of the freelancer websites and get customers from there
I have a friend who is a Doctor and charges $100 per article to edit or review medical articles.
Blogging
This is my second way to make money online, I know with AI blogging has become more difficult but if you create low-competition and high quality articles you can still make it in the blogging arena.
To start blogging you need to pick a topic for your blog, this can be about anything, I have a blog about solar energy and electricity, it does not matter.
Then you need to buy a domain name and hosting, install WordPress, and start writing articles and posting them to your blog.

There are many ways to make money from a blog, I use two main ways, using Adsense, where I get a code from Google, add it into my blog, and Google starts showing ads into my blog, if people click on any of those ads I make money.
Another way I make money from my blog is by adding affiliate links to my posts, I add links from Clickbank, Amazon, and other affiliate networks and if someone buys after clicking a link from my blog I get paid a percentage of that sale in commission.
In the past, I used to accept paid posts in my blogs, and I used to charge $50 per post, also there are some deals you can make, and the possibility is infinite.

Web Development
I know a bit of coding so I used to create webs for people and make money from it, the good news is that with technological advancement you do not need to know how to code to become a web developer
You can learn this for free from YouTube and start looking for customers who can pay you to create websites for them.

Depending on where the customer is located you can charge them, I am located in Mexico so I used to charge people 4000 Mxn, which is equivalent to $200 per project, also I used to ask them to buy hosting through my affiliate link so I used to make extra $100 from them.
My first salary when I graduated was MXN 7000 per month so as you can see with just one customer I was making MXN 6000, I just needed 2 customers per month to quit my job.
E-commerce
Another good business idea for an introvert is an e-commerce store, you can create one selling Amazon products, you just add your products to your store and if people want them they will be redirected to Amazon where they can buy and Amazon will do the customer service for you. You need to ship the products to Amazon though.
Another way to do e-commerce is through dropshipping, this is where you find a product in Alibaba or Aliexpress, and then you list it on your store as your own with a higher price, if people place an order, they will get the product shipped to them directly and you get paid the difference.
This business model works and there are a lot of tools you can use to find profitable products and make money through e-commerce.
Software Development
This is the best business model for introverts who know how to code, you see you can sit on your laptop, write code create an app, put it on the app store and make money.
Even at the company where I worked before most of the IT guys were introverts, those guys all they do all day is write codes and check for bugs.
I do not do this myself but I have a friend who codes and creates apps for small businesses here in Mexico City and make a living from it.
